The Maremma Coast in Tuscany is special for its wild and untouched nature, with long sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. It offers a unique blend of countryside and seaside, with rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves stretching to the shore. The area is also rich in history and culture, with ancient Etruscan ruins, medieval hilltop towns, and traditional Tuscan cuisine.

A quick overview 

• The beautiful Villa is located 10 minutes from the beach on Europe's hidden coast: the Maremma
• The Villa is also a Municipal House and can therefore host symbolic and civil ceremonies
• Hosts up to 80 guests in the stunning garden with beautiful views all around
• The Villa  sleeps 10 Guests. We can also suggest accommodation for the remaining guests very nearby.

Example of a 3-day wedding event:

Thursday evening: 

• Welcome drinks at the pool; prosecco and canape 
• Dinner: A small, intimate, light dinner only with the guests that stay at the villa 
• Evening: Beauty treatments or massages at the indoor spa area and an early night

Friday, the wedding day! 

• Breakfast is served outside with delicious Italian pastries, local products, and fresh fruit from the garden.
• A relaxed morning to get ready for the big day. Hair, Make-up & Mimosas!
• Wedding ceremony in the garden, followed by the reception and dinner in front of the villa with string lights overhead. 
• The party with an open bar and live music
• Plan B: Usually a transparent structure is set up in the garden so that guests can enjoy their beautiful surroundings but are sheltered from rain / strong winds. 

Saturday: 

• Sleep in
• Late poolside brunch
• A final goodbye to all the guests… 
• Dinner: Informal BBQ in the garden 
   

Wedding Event 

There is an extra fee for events that goes from € 6.000 which is on top of the villa rental. Catering and decoration for the event are at an extra cost. The Villa's wedding planner, Sarah, will be able to discuss all your wishes and provide a quote. Sarah will be in charge of the whole organization, from start to finish.

Villa rental for weddings

Option 1: One* day rental for the wedding itself € 6000

Option 2: Two* nights stay  [sleeps 10 guest + Wedding Fee] €2.500 per night + € 6.000 = € 11.000 

Option 3:  Three* nights stay  [sleeps 10 guest + Wedding Fee] €2.500 per night + € 6.000 = € 13.500 

Option 4: One Week* stay  [sleeps 10 guest + Wedding Fee] €2.500 per night + € 6.000 = € 21.000

*These options are only available during mid- and low seasons: May, June, September, October
