*These prices are for the hire of the entire venue (sleeps 74 guests) excl fees. The catering costs, decorations, flowers, etc are at an additional cost. Thursday evening: 

• Welcome drinks in the garden in front of the historic villa; prosecco and canape 
• Pizza party; homemade pizzas straight from the original pizza oven. 

Friday, the wedding day! 

Breakfast on the terrace. As the wedding party gets ready, the guests can participate in one of the artists-in-residence workshops: Pasta Workshops
Cocktail Workshops Harvest & Cook, Truffle Huntings, Wine Tastings & Picnics

Late afternoon wedding ceremony, reception and dinner in front of the villa with string lights overhead. Followed by a fabulous party all night long. Because there are no neighbours, so no curfew at the party. 

Saturday: 

Sleep in, Late poolside brunch, with an ice-cream truck by the pool 

A final goodbye to all the guests… or organise another fun-filled afternoon with one of the fabulous artists in residence workshop, or just a lazy day at the pool. 

End this perfect weekend with an informal BBQ in the garden 

Wedding Ceremonies

Civil Ceremonies: the Villa has been named “Casa Comunale” by the local Town Hall. This means it can host your unforgettable civil ceremony in the back garden of the historical villa or on the ground floor of our Fattoria.

Symbolic Ceremonies: The beautiful garden behind the Villa or the ground floor of the Fattoria can be set up with Tuscan chairs and a flower arch for a special Symbolic Ceremony to be celebrated together with your relatives and friends.

Restaurant Farm-to-Table 

The Farm To Table Restaurant is the perfect catering on-site for your event's food and mise en place.
The Food & Beverage Team will create a tailor-made Tuscan menu for:
Aperitif, Weddìng Dinner, Pizza Party, BBQ, Recovery Brunch and Open Bar.
They produce organic vegetables which are the main ingredients of your menu for an unforgettable food experience.

Event Spaces

Outdoor locations, Garden in front of the villa, Garden behind the villa, Pool San Michele, Toiano Vecchio, Indoor locations, Fattoria's ground floor, Panoramic Terrace, San Michele restaurant.

Flower Farm

There is an on-site flower farm that offers beautiful flowers for events. Locally grown blooms are the perfect centre for any table or photoshoot. Thanks to the cooperation of the wonderful flower designer Masha, the decorations for your event will be unique and natural.

Bedrooms

There is a total of 74 beds, it is a  mix of beautiful rooms & apartments, some located in the historic villa  (recently renovated with a luxurious touch) while others are located 10 minutes walking far from the historical villa and consist of rooms, apartments and private swimming
pools surrounded by the woodland. There is a total of 3 swimming pools on the premises. 

Art Residence

The Villa is an Art Residence and each year hosts different artists from all over the world. In order to organize a more dynamic stay for you and your guests, they can offer amazing workshops for the day before or after the wedding:

Payment details

To book an event, a non-refundable deposit of 40 % is required for the private hire of the venue. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

The rest of the fee will be split into 2 instalments as follows:

A second deposit of  40% of the fee will be due 6 months before the event

A third deposit of 20% of the fee will be due 3 months before the booked event

Food and Beverage Prepayments
Food and beverage prepayments are due in the month before the check-in date in 2 instalments based on the calculation of the minimum number of guests (65)
