Nestled at 72 meters above sea level, the Borgo is a charming country resort surrounded by lush greenery within a 100-hectare organic farm. The resort is located in the historic Farmhouse Girifalco, where the legacy of 14th-century estate lingers in every corner. The Lunati family has lovingly restored the rural buildings, preserving their authenticity and history while creating a serene haven named after the stream that flows through the property.

There is also a tennis court, a ping pong table, horse riding for all skill levels, mountain biking, and trekking trails that allow guests to explore the stunning surroundings.

Mornings begin with a delicious breakfast buffet served on a balcony surrounded by juicy prickly pears. Evenings are equally enchanting, with outdoor dining on the restaurant’s porch, softly lit to reflect against the golden Lecce stone.

Summers at the Borgo are lively, with activities such as an open-air cinema, jazz concerts, cooking classes, and wine tastings featuring selections from the family’s own “Taverna di Nova Siri” winery.
