This four-bedroom, 14th-century property is named after Saint Sabinus, Bishop of Spoleto, to whom the little church on this Family Estate was once dedicated. This used to be one of the most important churches in this area where the farmers would congregate for the Sunday Holy Mass until the late 70’s.
One of the most ancient properties on the estate, its terracotta tile floors and original kitchen, along with its imposing old stone walls, give a sense of the building’s history as the most important social meeting point of the Estate.
The Space

Next, there is a luxurious super king-size bedroom, epitomizing comfort and space. Like the other rooms, this one also includes an en-suite bathroom.
Lastly, the floor houses a cozy double bedroom, also equipped with an en-suite bathroom. This room, while slightly smaller, does not compromise on comfort or style, offering a peaceful and intimate space for rest.

Surrounding the pool are ample sunbeds, chairs, and parasols, creating a comfortable lounging area for sunbathing or enjoying a cool drink. The terracotta tiled terrace, which faces the living room, is another highlight. It is outfitted with sofas and a dining table, offering a charming spot for alfresco meals or evening relaxation.

Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant (available every day for dinner time before reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available.
15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and a 5% discount on the Golf Shop
End-of-stay cleaning
Welcome hamper with Nespresso Capsules and Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil, and coffee capsules upon arrival).
Pre-stocking service available on request
Soaps, shampoos, and shower caps in every bathroom. Dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, and washing up liquid provision upon arrival.
Toilet paper, Kitchen sponge, and garbage bags will be provided by the staff throughout your stay (please note that that the garbage will be serviced by our staff during maid service)
Additional costs:
Security Deposit: € 1.500 The deposit will be fully refunded upon departure when there is no damage/other issues
Tourist Tax:€1.50 per person for the first two nights and €0.75 per person for the third night, for a total of €3.75 per person. Children up to 14 years old are tax-exempt.
Additional Information:
The estate's transfer policy mandates that only transfers organized through the estate's concierge are permitted access.
Guests are highly recommended to have their own rental vehicle for transportation within and outside the estate. Sport cars and vehicles with low ground clearance are not advised due to the estate's white gravel roads.
All extra services and activities must be arranged through the estate's Concierge Team and not external providers. These services/activities should be booked in advance, as last-minute availability cannot be guaranteed.
The welcoming service is designed for key collection and a brief introduction to the villas. Please note that multiple welcoming services for the same group are not possible.
Prices for hosting weddings, parties, or events are available upon request.
Exploring the estate is best done on foot or by bike. If guests need to use a car within the estate, they should arrange for a transfer through their Concierge.
