Located in the historical center of Spello, is a delightful compact townhouse with one bedroom and one bathroom, making it an ideal house for a young family (two adults and two small children). Upon entering, you are greeted by vibrant colors, retro furniture, beautiful carpets, eye-catching art, and a wonderful view over the rolling hills of the Chiona Valley.
The Space
Kitchen - Living Space: Upon entering the house, the open living room greets you with lounge chairs, satellite TV, and a large sofa that can be converted into a double bed. Further inside, you will find a cozy dining area and a simple but well-equipped kitchen
Master bedroom & bathroom: A bedroom with a king-size bed, carefully selected bed linen, and a large window overlooking the Umbrian hills. From the bedroom, a staircase leads to the lower level of the flat, where you will find a bathroom and French doors that open onto the courtyard. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, an antique wash basin, and a spacious shower.
Outside: French doors give access to a lovely private terrace overlooking the Umbrian hills. On the terrace, there are two sunbeds, two lounge chairs, and a small table. Exclusively use of the garden (360m2) just a few meters below the apartment with a wonderful view of the Chiona Valley,
Location
Spello is a medieval village on the slopes of a hill in the beautiful landscape of the Umbrian countryside. Spello is officially classified as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. As well as the village itself and the Roman and medieval monuments there are many important artworks, o.a. a fresco by Pinturicchio in the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore which is the most important sight in the village. However, much of the pleasure of staying in Spello is simply wandering through the narrow streets of the old town, taking in the atmosphere

On request: Cooking classes in a nearby farmhouse, truffle hunt, baby-sitting service, wine or olive oil tastings. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request (75€ per week).

Living like a local: It's such a unique experience to live in this historic village and feel like a local. In the morning pop down to the bakery a few doors down, have a coffee standing at the bar, and feel like you are part of the community.

As a frequent traveler, Andrea has a great appreciation for quality accommodation and understands the importance of details. Having brought back from her travels all over the world an electric mix of unique objects, textiles, and furniture which give the house character and the all-important sense of home.
