Immersed in a natural big garden, at the border of the forest of Monte Rosso, the bed and breakfast features 3 individually colored bedrooms, each with its own magnificent view of the surrounding nature.

The heart of the building, however, is the Salotto, featuring access to the terrace and providing ample space to enjoy breakfast, read a book, talk, or simply enjoy the natural beauty outside.  

The focus of the architectural project was to create one unique space where nature and architecture interact without borders. The inside is the outside, the outside is inside.

To underline this integration with the surrounding nature, its construction combines natural materials with high-tech solutions, resulting in a building with low environmental impact, with a constant focus on eliminating any barriers between inside and outside. All components of this project have been made to order: from the architectural project to the furniture, the lighting as well as the logo and brand.

FUNCTIONS: Hospitality, relaxation, interactive kitchen, wellness, cellar for wine tasting, pottery workshop.

STRUCTURE: Ground floor in XLAM wood, insulated with wood fibers. The basement is made of concrete cast with OSB panels, all insulated with foam glass. The roof and all outside walls are covered with regional Larch.

MATERIALS: All materials are used in their original essence: wood, cement, and iron.

ECO-FRIENDLY SOLUTIONS: energetically the house is completely autonomous: cooling in the summer, heating in the winter, as well as all hot water, is generated through a geothermal heat exchange system with 2 probes at -150 m. Total recovery of rainwater. The lighting concept aims to enhance the internal as well as external areas. Employing different degrees of color temperature, the specific properties of the materials are enhanced as well as internal spaces separated according to their function.

At night the external lighting levels are low, never facing up, as required by the regulations against light pollution. The light sources are almost entirely LED, thus the operating costs are low, without compromising visual comfort and the ambiance which is very pleasant and relaxing at all times.

Located in the scenic Colli Euganei, the hills have not just stunning views but also castles, abbeys, villas, vineyards, and thermal baths. Next to the beautiful scenery, it makes the perfect base to discover all the cities nearby: Padova, Venice, Verona, Padova, and Mantova. You will definitely not be bored. Room rate is from € 205 per night per room, double occupancy, and a rich and varied breakfast is included; They aim to employ regional and seasonal ingredients from organic production. 

A minimum stay of 2 nights, some exceptions may apply.

For an additional person staying in the same room, they charge an extra € 60 per night

Children below age 3 are free of charge

Children/teens between 3 and 15 are charged € 40 per night

The Euganean Hills are magic at any time of the year, therefore there are no seasonal rates. 

Additionally, the local tourism tax of € 1.00 per person aged 16 or older (maximum € 7 per person per stay) will be collected. 

Reservation Process

Once your requested dates are confirmed, they will ask for a down payment of 30% of your estimated total balance - minimum of the cost of the first night - to secure the booking. You may cancel up to 42 days before your planned arrival without any cost.

Pet Policy

They love animals and they understand that a pet is a real family member. For the well-being of your pet and our other guests, please note the following guidelines - these apply in case you are the only guest in the house:

• They do accept well-behaved pets upon request
• For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the breakfast area, laundry area, or the steam bath
• Pets are not to be left unattended in the rooms for an extended period of time to avoid property damage; in case you are required to leave your pet unattended, see the property management and we will arrange an adequate space. If you require, we offer dog sitter or dog walking services at an additional charge
• Please clean up after your pet; a grey bin to deposit „doggy bags“ will be positioned close to the garage ramp (if not, ask).
• Please make sure that your pet is under your control at all times. Your pet may move freely in the garden (as long as supervised by you), but be aware of the cats and hens as well as the wildlife in the forest behind the property(fox, bore, or badger)
• If your room (or other parts of the property) require excessive cleaning, or if damages are incurred as a result of your pet's actions, a charge for additional services or repairs may apply.

Gift voucher

The possibility to acquire gift vouchers for the full period of your intended stay. Once the gift voucher has been acquired you may place your reservation which they will confirm pending availability. These special gift vouchers offer the possibility to change your reservation (always pending availability) up to 1 week prior to your booked stay.
