Located in the elegant Politeama-Libertà district, it features original Art Nouveau details, high ceilings, and carefully curated interiors. The three beautifully designed bedrooms each have their own character—one with a historic oak bed by Ernesto Basile, another with bespoke upcycled furnishings, and the largest boasting a music collection and a canopy bed handcrafted by the owner.

The living spaces are equally impressive, with iconic design pieces, a book-lined lounge, and a bright kitchen overlooking a lush courtyard. With fiber optic Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, it’s also an ideal retreat for digital nomads. “Giuseppe and Francesca's place is so special and Francesca is the absolute best host. Everything about our stay was perfect. As you can see from the photos, the flat is unique and beautiful and a work of art. It is in an excellent location, the perfect home base to explore the wonderful city of Palermo. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and we walked the entire time other than the taxi to and from the airport. From the time we booked to when we arrived and departed, Francesca made sure we had all the information we needed. She arranged a taxi to and from the airport for our late arrival and early departure as well as an excellent walking tour our first day (she can arrange many other things such as day trips out of the city, boating, etc..). She was there to greet us with wine and flowers and to show us everything we needed to know when we arrived very late at night.
