MasterClass Details 

From the 11th to the 16th of October 2023, we invite you to indulge in the art of ceramics and florals while also enjoying the breathtaking colours of Autumn. During your stay in Autumn, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the season’s beauty. All bedrooms offer stunning views of the changing colours of the surrounding nature, allowing you to relax and unwind in the most picturesque setting. Imagine snuggling up with a cozy blanket and a glass of red wine as you gaze at the rolling hills and vineyards…

Retreat Program 

Day 1:  October 11th Arrival and kick off the retreat season with a foraging tour in the beautiful garden and a welcome Aperitivo to meet and engage with the other retreat participants.
Day 2:  October 12th – Guests will start the day with a masterclass on painting vintage ceramics. You will be guided through creating original patterns, adding character, and upcycling the ceramics. In the afternoon, you will explore the villa’s beautiful surroundings and forage for inspiration, creating mood boards for the final dinner event.
Day 3: October 13th -The day will be dedicated to the art of floral installations, with a masterclass on creating flower cloud installations in the Villa or Fattoria. You’ll be able to let your creativity run wild and learn techniques to make beautiful and unique floral arrangements. The day will follow with a farm-to-table experience with foraging for pickling from the organic orto.
Day 4: October 14th – Guests will have the opportunity to participate in a seasonal truffle hunt in the woodland, where you will forage for the precious ingredient emblematic of the Italian countryside. The search will be followed by a truffle degustation, where you can taste the season’s flavors. Then you will learn the best way to eat truffles, and what’s better than truffle pasta for lunch after a long walk in the forest? The day will follow with floral arrangements for a dinner table!
Day 5: October 15th – Guests will explore the art of still life tablescape with fruit and vegetables. The Organic Orto and Autumn will fill your lunch and dinner with all fresh and precious ingredients. This masterclass will give you the tools to create beautiful table settings that showcase the colours and flavours of the season. You will culminate the day with a final flower cloud arrangement. Enjoy and pickling theme lunch Degustation accompanied by a pickling workshop in our restaurant!
