Relax and recharge in a serene oasis with breathtaking sea views. Surrounded by lush gardens filled with fragrant flowers and citrus trees, my stylish, spacious, and sunlit apartment is full of charming period features. Nestled in the peaceful pedestrian area of the Petraio stairway, it provides easy access to both Vomero and the lively Chiaia district, known for its bars, restaurants, and seaside promenade. Here, you’ll experience an atmosphere reminiscent of Amalfi Coast villages, complete with stunning vistas.

The Space

Located in a 1920s Liberty-style building perched on the hill behind Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the apartment offers panoramic views of the sea and Capri. Its tranquil location on the pedestrian Petraio stairway ensures peace and quiet, while nearby shops and public transport (accessible via a convenient lift) make exploring the area a breeze. Ideal for those seeking relaxation, the apartment is filled with natural light and exudes a calming ambiance.

This is my home, lovingly curated with an eclectic collection of art and design objects reflecting my passion for beauty. Guests will find a library of art and design books, a cozy and well-equipped kitchen, and a space brimming with character and personal touches.

The apartment blends vintage charm with contemporary style, featuring high ceilings, spacious rooms, and original period details like windows and flooring. The warm, inviting decor combines timeless design with modern comforts.

The Bedrooms

Main Bedroom: A tranquil 28 sqm retreat with high ceilings, a private balcony overlooking the gardens and Vomero Hill, and a luxurious king-size bed dressed in heirloom-quality linens.

Study/Second Bedroom: A bright, spacious room equipped with a comfortable single bed, perfect for working or relaxing.

Living Spaces

The living room is spacious and features a comfortable sofa with sea views, a dining area, and plenty of space to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, ideal for cozy evenings in.

The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. The balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening aperitivo while taking in views of the sea and Mount Vesuvius.

Outdoor Space

The main balcony provides a serene spot to soak in the scenery, offering views of the surrounding gardens, the Mediterranean Sea, and Mount Vesuvius. The building is surrounded by lush greenery, enhancing its peaceful charm.

“I live between Napoli, where I was born, and London where I've spent most of my adult life and where I study Psychoanalysis. I enjoy hosting so I'll be more than happy to share my space and my love and knowledge of Napoli and its wonderful surroundings. I have an interest in art, photography, and design so I’ll point my guests to interesting things to see and do. My love for good food and authentic places makes me a good guide for your food tour”.

The apartment is just a 3-minute walk from two stations of the Centrale Funicular, which connects the vibrant Toledo area with the top of Vomero Hill. This makes it easy to explore the historic center, cultural attractions, and lively shopping streets. The elegant Chiaia district, with its designer boutiques and upscale bars and restaurants, is also nearby and accessible via another historic stairway.

The Area

Food lovers will be delighted by the area’s offerings. Corso Vittorio Emanuele is lined with excellent delis, fruit and vegetable shops, a bakery, a supermarket, and Rosario’s fish shop, known for its exceptional selection of fresh local seafood. You’ll find everything you need to prepare an authentic Neapolitan meal just steps away. For those who prefer dining out, a nearby takeaway offers freshly prepared Neapolitan dishes and excellent local wine.

Additional Notes

This home is part of a quiet building with considerate residents. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, I kindly ask guests to avoid loud noise, parties, or disruptive behavior. While the apartment is accessible via an elevator, a few steps lead to the entrance, making it less ideal for wheelchair users.

• Check-in: Normally until 8 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please let me know in advance. A late check-in fee of €20, payable to Palma, will apply.
• Check-out: Flexible when possible, depending on the arrival time of the next guest.

Here's a wonderful place! Lina's welcome, her advice, and her presence (both discreet and warm) are simply unparalleled. The property enjoys a central position, allowing you to discover all the neighborhoods of the city on foot. It is also very quiet thanks to the particular layout of the building (the apartment, which has two accesses, overlooks a pedestrian street). The apartment is beautiful (high ceilings, extraordinary views of the Bay of Naples, maximum brightness, and a tasteful layout). We had an incredible stay at Lina’s beautifully aesthetic apartment in Naples. The interior design was absolutely stunning, with every detail thoughtfully curated, so inspiring! The views of the Bay of Naples were breathtaking too! Although we didn’t get the chance to meet Lina in person, she was an amazing host, always available on message to offer the best tips for food and drink in the city. Her recommendations were absolutely spot on and made our trip even more special! The apartment looked even better in real life than in the photos, so prepare to have your breath taken away.
