A Dialogue Between Form, Nature, and Light

This villa emerged as a natural continuation of architect Rosa Pesci’s design philosophy, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. It is a home in constant conversation with its surroundings, where every corner welcomes light and the gentle presence of nature. Large windows blur the line between indoors and outdoors, allowing the olive grove beyond to quietly fill each room with a sense of calm and belonging. The architecture is modern and minimal yet full of personality, creating spaces that feel both intimate and expansive.

The Space

Every detail has been considered, inviting guests to observe, breathe, and truly inhabit the home. Bold wallpapers, warm parquet floors, and thoughtful design touches give each area its own character, reflecting a refined yet eclectic taste. Light, air, and the rhythm of the countryside are the true constants here, shaping an atmosphere of serene elegance.

The Rooms

The villa offers three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, designed to ensure comfort and independence. Common areas are bright and welcoming, flowing effortlessly onto a garden that mirrors the quiet rhythm of the Abruzzo landscape. Each room has its own story, encouraging guests to linger, relax, and soak in the sense of place.

Outdoor Area

Outside, the garden and terraces are in harmony with the surrounding olive groves, creating spaces to pause, dine, or simply watch the day unfold. Summer evenings are best spent under the porch, while mornings begin slowly, embraced by the scents and sounds of nature. The estate also includes a small independent annex, providing discretion and privacy.

Location

Situated in Spoltore, the villa is just five minutes from the village and ten to fifteen minutes from both Pescara and the Adriatic coast. Pescara Airport and the train station are a short 10-minute drive, offering direct connections to Rome, Milan, Bologna, Frankfurt, Brussels, Barcelona, Prague, and more. The surrounding region offers endless exploration: the Trabocchi Coast, the Via Verde cycling route, Majella National Park, and the medieval villages of Rocca Calascio and Santo Stefano di Sessanio. Abruzzo, celebrated as Europe’s greenest region, seamlessly blends sea, mountains, and timeless traditions—from handmade pasta in Fara San Martino to sugared almonds in Sulmona and ceramics in Castelli.

Additional Services

The villa invites guests to enjoy life slowly. The kitchen is gourmet-ready, and services can include a private chef, local grocery delivery, or tastings of the estate’s own olive oil. Cooking, sharing meals, and gathering under the stars are central to the experience, offering an authentic taste of life in harmony with nature.
