N° 052 | Your Tuscan Dream

Italy > Tuscany
users 12 bed 6 bath 6

If you’ve ever dreamed of a Tuscan escape where rolling vineyards, sun-drenched hills, and the slow rhythm of countryside life are your companions, this is the place. Nestled just below the historic walls of Montalcino, the Tuscan Villa occupies a private hamlet—a small cluster of homes historically built to house farmers, artisans, or noble staff working the surrounding lands. Today, it has been lovingly restored into a peaceful, luxury retreat, blending the charm of its original stone structures with the comforts of modern living.

The Villa is overseen by a dedicated team who ensure your stay is effortless and relaxing, whether you’re here with family, friends, or a group looking for privacy and space.

The Space

The property was completely rebuilt and restored in 2022–2023, preserving the essence of traditional Tuscan architecture while introducing modern luxury. A 1600m2 garden wraps the property, dotted with olive trees, flowering plants, and shaded areas for lounging. Outside, you’ll find a private pool (4m x 10m), a gazebo, a barbecue, and a traditional wood-fired pizza oven. Perfect for quiet afternoons in the sun, evening aperitivos, or a fun pizza night with family or friends.

Inside, 200m2 of shared living space includes an open, airy lounge and dining areas designed for relaxation and conviviality. The interiors balance Tuscan authenticity with contemporary comfort, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a day exploring the hills, villages, and vineyards around.

Bedrooms

The Tuscan Villa accommodates six luxurious rooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Every bedroom has been thoughtfully decorated to reflect the traditional charm of the region while offering the comfort expected of a modern villa. Warm tones, natural materials, and elegant touches create restful spaces where you can recharge before heading out for a day of sightseeing—or just staying put by the pool.

Location

The Villa sits in a quiet residential area at the foot of Montalcino’s historic centre. From here, the town’s cafes, artisan shops, and the lively piazza are only a few minutes’ walk, while the world-famous vineyards of Brunello di Montalcino are just ten minutes away. This makes it a perfect base for exploring both the historic centre and the surrounding countryside.

What Makes This Place Special

What makes the Tuscan Villa truly unforgettable is its combination of privacy, history, and lifestyle. You can start your morning with breakfast served in the garden, spend afternoons in the pool or on a terrace with panoramic views of vineyards, and finish the day with a homemade pizza from the wood oven. The hamlet layout, enclosed by mellow-stone walls and gated for privacy, offers a peaceful oasis just a stone’s throw from the bustle of Montalcino’s historic streets.

The Villa also provides a full suite of services for guests: daily breakfast and cleaning, chef service on request, cooking classes, wine visits, bike rentals, and more. It’s a place that feels personal, inviting, and authentically Tuscan—a perfect blend of tradition, comfort, and modern convenience.
