Surrounded by vineyards, oak forests, and sea views in the distance, it’s a place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and rediscover the senses.

A Home in Harmony

The farmhouse was renovated with care, using reclaimed local stone, restored wooden beams, and original terracotta tiles that hold the patina of time. Every element has been thoughtfully chosen, guided by principles of sustainability and bio-architecture. Solar panels, a pellet boiler, and natural insulation keep things warm in winter and cool in summer. Rainwater is collected to nourish the garden, and nothing is wasted. Here, eco-conscious design meets comfort, silence, and understated beauty.

The Rooms

Each room has its own personality, shaped by natural materials and soft, neutral tones. Some look out over the Mediterranean garden, others onto rows of vineyards or the blue stretch of coastline beyond. The Comfort Rooms are cosy and charming, while the Superior Rooms are more spacious, with large windows and panoramic views. Expect artisanal furniture, crisp linens, and generous walk-in showers. Pets are welcome too, because this is a place that embraces all living things.

Home away from home

At this retreat, food is far more than nourishment—it's a way to feel at home. Mornings begin with a lovingly prepared breakfast of sourdough bread, homemade jam, and eggs from nearby farms. Traditional recipes are reimagined with local ingredients and seasonal produce from the vegetable garden. Think fresh herbs, wild greens, sun-ripened tomatoes. Wines and craft beers are thoughtfully selected and served with cheeses, cured meats, and garden vegetables. You can enjoy them on your terrace, in the garden, or under the stars.

Located in the wild, unspoiled heart of the Tuscan Maremma, the farmhouse is close to the Monte Argentario coast with its crystal-clear sea, protected nature reserves, and sandy beaches. Day trips to medieval villages, natural hot springs, and top-tier wineries are all within easy reach.

Nearest Airport 

Rome Fiumicino or Pisa International Airport – both approximately 2 hours away by car.

Nearest Train Station 

Orbetello – about 30 minutes by car, with good connections to major cities.

Grosseto - about 30 minutes by car,  bigger and better-connected, especially when it comes to high-speed trains. Another big advantage is that most rental car services are based here.
