The Rooms 

Each room or suite the best of Italian design. An interplay of local craftsmanship and native materials gives each of the rooms their distinctive character. Every room is equipped with a king-size bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a small seating area. Details, such as the hemp linens or the handmade, colourful tiles by the Italian artists Cotto Etrusco in the elegant bathrooms make for unique interiors.

DeLuxe rooms: Housed in the 12th century listed monastery - the main villa, each Deluxe room comes with its own color concept in an elegant mid-century style while blending rich Italian history.

Deluxe Garden Rooms: Your lush cocoon, the Deluxe Garden room is located in the annex with its own private garden. It is designed for indoor and outdoor living. The choice of warm earth tones emphasizes the natural transition into the garden. An interplay of local craftsmanship and local materials gives this room his distinctive character. 

Spa Suite Annex: Enjoy the starry skies from your outdoor Jacuzzi in your own private garden and a sauna in your suite. An interplay of local craftsmanship and local materials gives this room his distinctive character. The Spa Suite is located in the annex and impresses with a large, private garden. The private jacuzzi is surrounded by a day bed allowing for maximum lounging and privacy. I

Junior Suite Villa: Enjoy this soothing blue-toned suite in the main villa with its freestanding black bathtub for two and a comfortable living area. An interplay of local craftsmanship and local materials gives this room his distinctive character. In the comfortably designed entrance area, 2 blue velvet armchairs invite you to linger. 

Junior Garden Suite: This charming Junior suite has a cozy living area that’s connected to the bed room through an archway as well as a private loggia and garden.

Terrace Junios Suite: Enjoy the out doors in this stunning red suite with a spacious terrace with Paola Lenti furniture and a black bathtub for two. The lady in red! Equipped with a hand made, red metal canopy King size bed by Lispi, a homely seating area, a wooden desk with chair and a walk-in closet, this Junior Suite leaves no wish unfulfilled.

Suite Villa: This accessible suite is located in the main villa and provides plenty of space for the best sleep and relaxation in the well-appointed living room or the oversized bathtub for two.

Garden Suite Annex: Make dreams come true in this romantic suite with an oversized black bathtub for two in the main room, a round canopy bed, your own private garden and a comfy living area.

Terrace Suite Villa: Be pampered by space and luxurious amenities in this ultra-stylish blue suite that comes with a dreamy terrace with Paola Lenti furniture and a black bathtub for two.

Restaurant

The ground floor of the main villa includes a restaurant whose curated menu is a gastronomic experience inspired by the rich flavors of the Umbrian land, the result of careful research by independent and passionate producers of the area. The restaurant's Chef de cuisine, Lorenzo, is committed to sourcing local and sustainable ingredients and vegetables will be the main protagonists of his creative dishes, with meat and fish as supporting roles. The property's restaurant and bar offer indoor and outdoor seating, along with a cozy conservatory.

The“neighbour” and friend Elena and her studio Endiadi, created customized ceramic pieces which you can find throughout the hotel. After the workshop, Elena will glaze and fire the pieces to make them last and mail them to your home. Create your very own, lasting, memory.

Their Director of blooming; Alice, will take you into the woods for a very special experience. An easy and intense experience to purify and regenerate ourselves thanks to the trees, their environment and the active principles they issue. Through the sensorial experience and the power of the environment, we are looking for awareness and peace of mind in the woods' arms It's a practice to harmonize our inside rhythms with the wise rhythm of the wood and its trees.
