This is such a fabulous place! Created by the Dutch video producer Jasmijn who chased her dreams and turned them into reality. She bought a historic village home on the coast in Sicily and renovated it into 2 stunning studios. Maintaining the right balance between the original design and modern comforts and paying homage to the concept of home, offering a dedicated space for those seeking the essence of slow living. Guests are encouraged to unwind, relish exceptional meals, and indulge in restorative slumber. A morning ritual of sipping coffee while gazing at the ocean unfolds, followed by refreshing swims and rejuvenating moments in the lavish marble shower cabin, washing away the sea's salt. Crisp, fresh linen awaits, ensuring a peaceful night's rest in each of the two meticulously curated studios accommodating up to four people each. True craftsmanship prevails, with a preference for locally sourced materials. Every handpicked and handmade tile, every dollop of olive oil sourced from nearby farmer Paolo, and even the bespoke ceramics are a testament to their commitment to local authenticity and individuality.

Sciacca

The two beautiful studios are located in a small fisherman’s village Sciacca, a place where the clock was paused many, many years ago. Strolling around in Sciacca feels like wandering around in an Italian movie from the 50’s. But better – because this is your reality now. Within the carefully crafted ceramic tiled streets, locals take their time. Staying here encourages you to take your time too. Count all the shades of blue the ocean has to offer. Get lost in the narrow, steep streets. Taste with every single taste bud.

The Studios

Three exquisite studios offer a perfect blend of luxury and authentic Sicilian style. Fully renovated in autumn 2022, they have been thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. Each studio now features a spa-like bathroom, providing a serene retreat to relax after a day of exploration.

A standout feature of these studios is the penthouse-like rooftop terrace, offering a peaceful setting with panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Additionally, the charming balconies provide an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset.

Blending the charm of Sicilian architecture with modern luxury, these studios create an inviting space for relaxation. For larger groups or families, there is the option to rent two or three studios together for a spacious, interconnected experience. More details are available upon request.

Studio Uno

The biggest apartment is divided between two floors. It comes with a spacious roof terrace with breathtaking ocean views and sleeps up to four people. The whole apartment is equipped with WiFi and powerful air conditioning to keep you chilled during hot summer nights. Once you’ve passed the stairs next to the 2000-year-old exposed castle wall, you enter the first bedroom through the living room. On this floor, you’ll find a luxurious marble-covered bathroom, a comfortable living room, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and everything else you might need on those nights you just feel like staying in. To top it off, there’s a dreamy bathtub from which you can doze off to some jaw-dropping Mediterranean sea views.

Walk up some more steps to enter the second bedroom. This bedroom comes with a private toilet and has access to the roof terrace with an outside shower and possibly the best sea view in Sciacca. There’s a beautiful outside seating area on the terrace because we believe that once you’ve seen that view – there’s nowhere else you want to be.

Studio Due 

The second Studio comfortably sleeps two people. Walk up just a few steps to enter your home for the next few days. Crash in your comfortable king-size bed lined with crispy linen that was made to stay in all day. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. Perfect for chilling your wine and aperitivo to enjoy on the little balcony with an ocean view.

Next to the balcony, there’s a comfortable sitting area inside the apartment and a comfy chair to read on. The luxurious marble-covered bathroom has that relaxing spa vibe – the nicest little place to come home to and wash off the salt and sand of your skin. The whole apartment is equipped with WiFi and powerful air conditioning to keep you chilled during those steamy summer nights.

Discover the island in a Fiat 500

Beep beep! Look, it’s Enzo, the smiliest guy in Sicily. Here to pick you up in his authentic little Fiat 500. During a Sicilian road trip you’ll not soon forget, he will take you to his secret spots only someone born and raised in Sciacca could know. While you soak in the views of the beautiful coastline of Sicily, Enzo will prepare a classic Italian aperitivo for you. Yes, there will be vino (Enzo is the driver, remember?). ​​If you weren’t feeling like the main character of a 50’s Italian movie yet, you will feel like one now.

Make pasta with Mama

If you’re a pasta lover (and I mean, how could you not be?), the art of making pasta is something you should experience at least once in your life. Giusi, born and raised Sicilian mama, will come to the apartment and teach you how to cook the best pasta alla norma you’ve ever tried. Her English is not the best, but we are positive the language of food crosses every border.

What if you’re a pasta lover, but rather stay away from the kitchen side of things? We got you. Actually, pasta queen Giusi does. She will come to the apartment, cook a lovely authentic pasta meal for you, and enjoy it on the terrace with you. You’re welcome.
