The apartment for 2 people has an open, atmospheric living room with a seating area and a fully equipped kitchen. French doors open onto a panoramic balcony that overlooks the hills of the Chiona Valley. The warm and atmospheric decor is characterized by yellow and wicker accents and carefully chosen artistic decorations from all over the world.

If you step out the door you will be in the central square of picturesque Spello in a few minutes. Spello is one of the best preserved medieval towns in Umbria with inviting narrow streets and an authentic atmosphere.

The Space

Kitchen - Living space: A few steps from the front door take you to an open living and kitchen space. A beautiful vintage wicker sofa, colorful carpets from Morocco on a dark wooden floor, and a well-equipped modern kitchen. Double doors give access to a beautiful balcony that overlooks the Umbrian hills.

Master bedroom and Bathroom: From the living room leads a door into the bedroom with its king-size bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a large window overlooking the Umbrian hills. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

The guests also have exclusive use of the garden (360m2) just few meters below the apartment with a wonderful view to the Chiona Valley,

On request: Cooking classes in a nearby farmhouse, truffle hunt, baby-sitting service, wine or olive oil tastings. Baby cot and high chair available at an extra charge (75 Euro per week)

Location

Spello is a medieval village on the slopes of a hill in the beautiful landscape of the Umbrian countryside. Spello is officially classified as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. As well as the village itself and the Roman and medieval monuments there are many important artworks, o.a. a fresco by Pinturicchio in the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore which is the most important sight in the village. However, much of the pleasure of staying in Spello is simply wandering through the narrow streets of the old town, taking in the atmosphere
