A Historical Retreat in the Heart of Tuscany

Nestled on the edge of Montescudaio, a charming medieval village in Tuscany. This unique Palazzo s steeped in history and surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Originally built in the 17th century as a riding stable, the property has undergone numerous transformations over the centuries. In 1923, the structure was restored and expanded, giving it the elegant façade of a noble palazzo. Inside, the unique blend of historical elements, styles, and eras creates a setting that is as enchanting as it is welcoming.

The Space: A Blend of Elegance and Simplicity

The palazzo features two distinct areas, offering a total of ten double rooms, each thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 20 guests.

Scala Antica (B&B Wing): Located in the oldest part of the building, this section is accessed via a large iron gate leading to a stone staircase. The five rooms here exude rustic charm with features like ancient roof beams, stable ceilings, and rounded arches. Each room tells its own story, blending simple elegance with modern comfort.

Scala Grande (Guest House): The former stately home of the Marchionneschi family is reached via a majestic wrought-iron staircase. This area features five additional rooms adorned with historical details, such as original Art Nouveau ceiling paintings and intricate Venetian terrazzo flooring. Some rooms even offer stunning views of the sea. The interiors are designed with warm, earthy tones, using natural lime colors and fine linens to create a cozy yet refined atmosphere.

A Location Steeped in Beauty and Culture

Situated between the hills of the Etruscan valleys and the Tyrrhenian Sea, here you enjoya a mild climate year-round. The village is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and Mediterranean forests, making it an ideal destination for those seeking tranquility and inspiration.
