The Space

Perched on the third floor of a historic building overlooking the marina, the house is bathed in natural light and opens up to breathtaking sea views. Every element, from the natural materials to the understated furnishings, has been chosen to evoke a sense of calm and well-being. Guests can enjoy the rooftop solarium, a serene escape with panoramic vistas over the sea, the old town, and the nearby basilica.

The Rooms

Sea View Room (25 m2): A bright and airy space with a king-size bed, a small bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and underfloor heating. The private balcony offers stunning views of the sea, making it the perfect spot to unwind.
