The Borgo is a haven of tranquility and charm. Its cottages, each privately owned, are adorned with traditional terracotta floors and ceilings. Shaded corners of lush woodland provide privacy and respite from the Tuscan sun. Central to this picturesque estate is a shared swimming pool, perfectly placed to capture the panoramic beauty of the Chianti hills by day and the starlit sky by night.

From the Borgo, guests can easily explore the Chianti region, with highlights including the charming villages of Radda and Lecchi in Chianti, or Panzano, home to the famous butcher Cecchini. Iconic destinations like San Gimignano, Montepulciano, Siena, and Florence are also within reach. For those seeking active pursuits, bike rentals and walking paths abound, while others may prefer to savor a glass of Chianti wine amidst the serene beauty of the estate.

The Apartment

The Apartment, located in the Borgo, is a first-floor residence that combines traditional Tuscan charm with modern comforts. Accessible via its own private entrance, the apartment boasts a furnished balcony overlooking the central square and chapel—a perfect spot for soaking in the village atmosphere.

Layout

Kitchen/Dining/Living Room: Tastefully decorated with a fully equipped modern kitchen (gas hob, fridge-freezer), a dining table for four, and a cozy living area with a double sofa bed, two armchairs, TV, and a wood-burning stove. Doors open to a private terrace balcony.

Bedroom: Features a comfortable double bed (non-convertible to singles) and a wardrobe for storage.

Bathroom: Includes a shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet.

Shared Swimming Pool and Outdoor Amenities
The estate’s private swimming pool (14.5 x 6 meters, depth 1.35 meters) is surrounded by vineyards and manicured lawns with sun loungers and parasols. A separate round baby pool (3-meter diameter, 0.5-meter depth) is available for younger guests.

In a shaded garden corner, olive trees provide a natural canopy for a delightful lounge area, complete with built-in benches, cushions, and a barbecue—ideal for al fresco dining. Ample parking is conveniently located nearby.
