For this edition, we introduce Cinot, a Mediterranean summer cocktail
We came across Cinot by coincidence, just as we were getting started with Plinius France and beginning to build our collection in the South of France. The brand immediately caught our eye. It has the sort of laid-back, Mediterranean summer feel that fits perfectly with our collection in the South of France
But there's an unexpected twist to this aperitivo: it contains no alcohol and no sugar. We've been drinking Cinot all summer, on the beach and by the pool, and it's become one of our favourite summer drinks. Definitely one we'd recommend trying, perhaps your new summer cocktail?
